of the publication : |
The
Journal for Juridical Science is a legal journal that seeks to bridge
the gap between law and other academic disciplines. Thus, albeit anchored
in law, the JJS has an inter-disciplinary orientation. The JOURNAL FOR JURIDICAL SCIENCE is an accredited national professional journal which publishes original research articles in law in Afrikaans and English. Multi- and interdisciplinary contributions which bridge the gap between legal scholarship and other pertinent academic disciplines, are welcomed. The JOURNAL FOR JURIDICAL SCIENCE prefers articles which reflect basic legal research, but does not restrict itself to basic research. All published contributions were submitted for refereeing by peers and successful articles qualify for subsidy by the Department of Education. The Journal is published by the Faculty of Law, University of the Free State. |
